24-Month Nationwide Free Replacement Warranty
If the WORLD SOURCEONE® battery fails within 24-months from the installation date we will replace it for free anywhere in the US or Canada. (Up to the original purchase price, not including labor). WSO batteries are NOT ProRated and will cost you "the consumer" absolutely nothing (excluding labor and taxes) for replacement during the warranty period.
Roadside Assistance Warranty
REIMBURSABLE SERVICES COVERED UP TO $75:
WORLD SOURCEONE® Roadside Assistance is available anywhere in the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event your WORLD SOURCEONE battery fails, you must call 888-411-0558 for roadside assistance. This service is provided for two (2) years from the date of installation of your WORLD SOURCEONE® battery for a jump start or a tow to the nearest place of repair. This service is provided on a reimbursement basis. You are required to pay the service provider at the time service is rendered and submit for reimbursement. See reimbursement procedures on the back of the warranty card. Service must be dispatched through the toll-free number, AND claims must be received within 30 days of the roadside service to be reimbursed.
SERVICES EXCLUDED:
RV’s, fleet vehicles, off-road vehicles or vehicles off the road (winch out), trailers, any vehicles in tow, non-personal vehicles of any type, trucks over one ton capacity, commercial vehicles, or any vehicle, which at the sole determination of the service provider is in such condition that service is likely to result in damage to the vehicle. Theft, vandalism and accident related incidents are not covered. Service may not be available in areas where state/provincial providers are exclusively utilized.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
You must keep the original purchase invoice or a reasonable copy and present it, along with the battery, when seeking a replacement battery under this warranty.
If you are less than 25 miles away from the original place of purchase, you must return the battery to that place of purchase for any warranty service. If you are more than 25 miles from the original place of purchase, then you must call the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty service being performed, at 1-888-411-0558
